This Su***de Prevention Month, we’re talking about a question that matters more than screen time rules: who does your child turn to when things get hard? A 2026 national survey found that 86% of kids ages 9–17 use AI - and more than 1 in 3 have used it to talk about their feelings.

Our latest blog shares how to open that conversation, what AI can’t do in a hard moment, what warning signs to watch for, and how to make a plan before you need one. Because prevention starts at home.

If you or someone you love is struggling, call or text 988 anytime.
