As we approach the end of the year, Lincoln County Rural Water System Inc will not represent or warrant that new water services will be installed ater November 12. When frost begins to pe*****te the ground the manager of LCRWS will decide if the water system will excavate for new services or mainline extensions. Because expenses go higher LCRWS will stop excavating until the ground thaws in the spring.
LCRW will alllow, as an option, the member to hire a contractor to excavate the area where the meter pit and service line are to be installed
The member will be given a deduction as determined by the water system manager from the $3500 membership cost. LCRWS employees will connect the service line and meter pit.
