What We Do
CMU believes that relationships hold the key to overcoming barriers, accessing resources and fulfilling CMU’s mission: Charting paths and creating opportunity for adults, children and families to live full and inclusive lives in their communities.
Mental Health Case Managers work with individuals in the community to overcome their barriers and obstacles that confront them to recover from their mental illness. They provide a service that includes functions that involve locating, coordinating, and monitoring services and supports for individuals who have a mental illness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, which includes or is supplemented by at least 12 college credits in sociology, social work, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social science; or
Associate degree which includes or is supplemented by at least 12 college credits in sociology, social work, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice or other related social science AND two years of relevant experience
PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal History and FBI clearances are required
