In June, Boone County Fire District personnel responded to 366 calls for service. 203 medical emergencies, 42 vehicle accidents, 83 fire related incidents, and 38 calls that were false alarms or we were canceled prior to our arrival.

The Boone County Fire Protection District has teamed up with Boone County Joint Communications and PulsePoint Foundation to help increase the survival rate from prehospital cardiac arrest.
Bystander CPR significantly increases the chances of survival in a prehospital cardiac arrest.

EMS Week 2021

The Boone County Fire Protection District would like to thank all EMS professionals for everything you do as we celebrate national EMS week.

The Fire District currently staffs 175 Emergency Medical Professionals. Our dedicated members average over 170 EMS calls per month and also provide emergency medical care at motor vehicle accidents, fire related events and other rescue calls.
