Recently, I had the pleasure of being a guest on one of Lincoln Institute of Public Opinion Research radio programs, hosted by my friend, David Taylor of the Pennsylvania Manufacturer’s Association. Joining us was Steve Bloom of Commonwealth Foundation and Rebecca Oyler of the Pennsylvania Motor Truck Association. We discussed Pennsylvania’s business climate, the legislature’s passage of the corporate net income tax phase out, regulatory reform and energy issues.
