Redevelopment Authority of the City of Harrisburg

Redevelopment Authority of the City of Harrisburg HRA’s mission is to eliminate blighting conditions, foster and promote revitalization, and facilit The story of our success begins with partnerships.

Be it public, private, or non-profit, the Redevelopment Authority knows that each redevelopment activity has its own specific – and often specialized components. In affordable housing development, we know that our friends at Tri-County HDC, Ltd. have expertise in the product, and the often complex financing. When it comes to healthcare facilities, we took a junior partner role with Hamilton Health

for its new facility on South 17th Street. We also know that we need reputable professionals on the team, especially with the clean-up of environmentally contaminated sites, when discovering rock in the site, or when historic structures need that extra-special care.
