Ten years ago today the Fair Share Act was signed into law. Rep. Curt Schroder, now PCCJR Executive Director, was pleased to join Governor Tom Corbett and a host of Senators and House members to announce this historic achievement. Now the Fair Share Act is threatened by activist appellate court judges intent on diluting and diminishing the intended impact of the last major civil justice reform measure passed in Pennsylvania.

PCCJR will keep fighting to preserve and strengthen the Fair Share Act.
