Let’s Talk Travel Fees! 🚙

When you book a mobile notary, you’re paying for more than the notarization itself—you’re also paying for the convenience of having a professional notary travel directly to YOU.

At Grooms Notary & Signing LLC, your travel fee helps cover:

🚙Travel time to and from your location
⛽ Mileage, gas, and vehicle expenses
📍 Mobile service at your home, workplace, hospital, nursing facility, or agreed-upon public location
🗓️ Time reserved specifically for your appointment

Important Travel Fee Policy

The travel fee is required upfront to secure and confirm your appointment.

Travel fees are non-refundable once your appointment has been confirmed.

Need to reschedule? Your paid travel fee may be transferred ONE time to a new appointment date. After the one-time transfer, a new travel fee will be required for any additional rescheduling.

Please remember: Travel fees are separate from Pennsylvania’s notarial fees. The notarial fee is $5 per notarized signature and is based on the notarizations actually performed.

All applicable fees will be discussed with you before booking, so you know exactly what to expect.
