AFCA is a non-profit organization that helps HIV+/AIDS children and their guardians in sub-Saharan Africa who have no other access to aid. AFCA provides critical AIDS and related medications, medical equipment, training, nutritional support, school fees, and livelihoods programs support to our partners in Africa. Currently, AFCA is transforming lives in Kenya, Malawi, Uganda, Zimbabwe, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Matthieu Gbazo has been AFCA Congo’s bookkeeper since 2014. He was born and raised in Gemena, where he resides with his wife Odette and five children. On his time away from work, Matthieu enjoys gardening, reading, and husbandry.

Meet Khala!! Her mama rejected her, so she is being bottle fed by Gary Dianne Jones every two hours and while she is doing great, they are TIRED! Isn't she adorable?
