Sugarloaf Village Apartments is looking for a maintenance contractor on an as-needed-basis. This person would be paid to periodically perform general maintenance repairs for a 14 unit apartment community located in Diamond City Arkansas.
The types of repairs the maintenance contractor might encounter would include but are not limited to the following examples:
Interior and exterior minor electrical repairs, minor plumbing repairs, painting interiors, drywall repair, minor repairs to floor covering.
The contractor will not be guaranteed a set number of repairs per week.
