A leak has been discovered on Hall Rd. Mike is on site to begin repair. Water service will have to be shut off which will affect Hall Rd to 206 West and Mountain Rd. Fifteen customers will be affected. Repairs should be finished by 3pm.

A valve leak at the PD Flat tank has been found. Water service will have to interrupted. This will affect the areas of PD Flat Rd to to Whispering Pines Rd including South Prairie View Rd, Newton Line to Whispering Rd.The time estimated for reinstatement is 4 hours.

Mike has discovered the issue is not a leak on the system. He has addressed the issue and everyone should have water.

Mike is looking for a leak on Erbie Cutoff Rd. He has already had to shut off folks on Erbie Cutoff and this will affect those on Erbie Cutoff on and south of Taylor Lane. There is no estimate of disruption at this time. More information will be available after the location of the leak.

A line has been damged on Hwy 206 East. Water service will be turned off from Elmwood to Hwy 7 South; all along Hwy 7 South from the 206 intersection to Rock Candy Mtn towards Marble Falls. Estimated time of outage 2-4 hours.

Happy New Year to you all! I hope you had a very merry and joyful holiday with your families.
I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for the cards and well wishes - as well as the patience and understanding while I continue to recover from my surgery. This community has been so supportive in their empathy and compassion and is an example of what true community is. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.
I will continue to be working from home for at least the next two weeks. I will still be available during regular business hours of 8:30am-4:00pm Monday thru Thursday by phone if you need to speak to me directly about your bill. If I don't answer immediately please leave a voicemail and I will return your call asap. The drop box and mail are as usual being collected daily. You will need your account # and the amount billed this month to be able to set up an account or make a onetime payment.
If you have a water leak or emergency, call Mike at 870-715-7798 so he can turn off your water.
