Mental illnesses are disorders that can affect a person’s thinking, mood or behavior. Anyone can experience mental health challenges. This Mental Illness Awareness Week is an opportunity to educate and bring awareness to the realities of mental illness. We can support each other when we normalize these conversations at work and at home.
