Same-sex marriage is already legal in Virginia. Under Virginia's existing Virginia Values Act, any business that declines to serve a same-sex wedding already faces fines of up to
$50,000 for a first offense
$100,000 for every offense after that.

Photographers, florists, caterers, venue owners, videographers — no one is exempt.

The “Marriage” Amendment (HJ3) on the ballot this fall isn’t about legality – it’s about writing a no-exemptions constitutional mandate that courts will use to override religious freedom defenses, permanently.

Please get out and VOTE!!! Early voting runs from Sept 18 through Oct 31. Election Day is Nov 3.
