Last night, friends got a chance to get together and bowl at Mountain View Lanes in Woodstock, VA. The owners and employees are warm and welcoming. Last night, they welcomed a new addition to our bowling group this evening. What a great way to spend an evening.

Pleasant View's 29th Annual PVI's Golf Fore EMPOWERMENT Tournament is Friday, May 29, 2026, at Lakeview Golf Club. The Taylor's were integral in starting the Golf Fore Empowerment Tournament 29 years ago and have supported us in sponsorships and promotions every year since. Today is the day!!! The Travel the Towns Passport event is starting. Pick up a passport from one of the participating businesses, or print one from online, and get out there to visit some local shops. Collect one sticker at each business just for visiting, but collect two stickers if you make a purchase while visiting!

Elliot has found a way to combine his passion with his mission to give back to his community. Today is the second year in a row that Elliot joins his employer Walmart, Domino's, and other area businesses in celebrating the end of another school year at Spotswood High School with Chris Dodson's class. Elliot says that his alma mater, TA, will be there as well as HHS.

Elliot has a catalogue of super hero and other costumes (Star Wars...) he has curated through the years that he uses to bring joy to himself and others. Spotswood requested Spiderman again, so today he is the web-slinging hero. It is a beautiful day to celebrate. Thank you Elliot for sharing this with us.
