School is back in session this week, which means school buses are back on the roads and children will be out walking and waiting for buses.

As you drive, please remember to:

- Watch for school buses and stop when required by law.
- Slow down and be especially alert in school zones and neighborhoods.
- Watch for children near bus stops, crosswalks, and roadways.
- Avoid distractions and keep your attention on the road.

A few extra seconds of caution can make a lifetime of difference. Let's all do our part to help our students get to school and back home safely.

Come out to the Rockingham County Fair tonight and be sure to stop by the RCSO table! Starting at 5:00 PM, we'll be giving away free Sheriff's Office hats for the kids. Then stick around for the Demolition Derby, kicking off at 8:00 PM. Stop by, grab a hat for the kids, and enjoy a great evening at the fair!

Robertson was wanted for Felony Warrants: Malicious Wounding by Mob, Criminal Gang Participation, Conspiracy, Maliciously Shoot with the Intent to Maim, Disfigure, Disable, or Kill, as well as multiple other Felony Warrants.
