No-excuse early voting starts tomorrow and goes through 04/06/2026. Please bring a valid MO Photo ID to the Historic Courthouse to vote. Office hours are M-F 8 am- 4:30 pm.

Please be advised, Cass County Clerks Office is aware of a text message going around indicating that Voters need to re-register to vote at their current address. This text is NOT from our office or from the Missouri Secretary of State.

April 7th Election will be here before you know it! Make sure you’re registered to vote by March 11th so you can cast your ballot.

Absentee voting is now available at the Cass County Clerk’s Office. If you are unable to vote on April 7th, we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity.

The Cass County Clerk’s Office will be closed on February 12th in observance of Lincoln’s Birthday and on February 16th in observance of Presidents Day. We will resume normal business hours between those dates and look forward to assisting you.

If you are considering filing for office in Cass County, this document is required at the time of filing. Candidates must provide proof of filing Form 5120 when submitting their filing paperwork. A printed copy of the form is required.

Public Notice
The Cass County Clerk’s Office will hold an election for one 5-year term on the Cass Regional Medical Center Board of Trustees on April 7, 2026.

Candidates must file in person at the Cass County Clerk’s Office, Historic Courthouse, 102 E. Wall St., Harrisonville, MO. Filing opens at 8:00 A.M. on December 9, 2025, and is accepted Monday–Friday, 8:00 A.M.–4:30 P.M. (closed December 24–26). Filing closes at 5:00 P.M. on December 30, 2025.
