🚨It's BACK 🚨 Join us for the third year of our Adult Summer Reading Program ~ This year our theme is "Unearth a Story" and you can play our "Bookopoly." Prizes will be awarded the first week of August. Stop by either library to get your game board now and get started. 🦕🦖🐊🐝🌋🐧⛏💎

Earn entries by: completing a color set ~ completing all four corners ~ completing four chance challenges. Bonus: Complete the entire board for two additional entries. 🦕🦖🐊🐝🌋🐧⛏💎

🚨🚨Don't forget ~ Our Summer Reading Kick Off Party is TOMORROW ~ Monday, June 1st from 3 - 6 p.m. at the Ritchie County 4-H Grounds. 🦖This year's theme is Unearth a Story. 🦕 There will be craft stations featuring local business and friends, bounce houses, outdoor games, a photo booth,🎈 Pop N Paint balloon artist and face painter, No Bad Days LLC with temporary tattoos, Cartoonist J.D. Williamson, and much more. 🥖Pepperoni rolls by The Pizza Box, cotton candy by Howdy Sugar, 🍿popcorn, popsicles and drinks will be served. 🦕🦖🐊🐝🌋🐧⛏💎

Sign-Up week for Summer Reading will run June 1st - 6th at both libraries and our weekly programs will begin on Tuesday June 9th and run every Tuesday through July 28th. 🦖Watch for our weekly Summer Reading Program flyer.🦕🦖🐊🐝🌋🐧⛏💎

Mark your calendars ~ We are having three special Summer Movie Matinees this year and the first one is just one month away. 🎬 Grab your favorite blanket or pillow and join us. 📽 All three will be held at both the Main Library in Harrisville and the Branch Library in Pennsboro. 🍿

We had a great time last week at our tenth week of Spring Story Hour 2026 🌮

We read about tacos, created our own paper plate tacos, played games, had a snack, and got a book to take home. 🌮

Join us tomorrow, Tuesday, May 12th at 10:30 a.m. when we will read about spaghetti. 🌮
