Board Meetings are the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at 10:00 AM. During the Covid-19 pandemic, meetings will be held in accordance with the State's executive orders. Instructions and a link are published on our website in advance of each Zoom meeting. During Zoom meetings, anyone wishing to make a public comment will be able to. If you are sick or experiencing any symptoms of COVID 19, you

can still participate via Zoom until in-person meetings resume. Once in-person meetings resume and through the summer of 2021, we will be holding in-person meetings at 844 S Griswold Street, Hart, MI. Please do not attend if you are sick. Please contact us by phone at 231-873-4226. The phone is answered and messages are returned only during business hours. NOTE: Facebook Messenger is only read periodically, so for faster responses please call us directly. Board Meetings are always held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month at 10:00 AM unless otherwise specified.

OCRC crews durapatched bridge decks for MDOT yesterday on US 31. Crews patched overpasses at M20, Grant Rd and Buchanan (bike path). The process involves pre-wetting the surface with hot tar, then spraying hot tar mixed with stone, then coating with a thin layer of stone. This is a good example of collaboration and partnership between two government agencies. Since OCRC owns the necessary equipment and is so close, we can do this more efficiently than a contractor… Our crews did an excellent job…included are a few before pictures so you can see the improvement…
