The Oceana County Sheriff's Office has numerous special teams comprised of deputies and corrections officers. These specially trained deputies serve in areas such as the Dive Team, SERT (Sheriff's Emergency Response Team), Victim Services, Fire Investigation Team, Medical Examiner Investigators, and Narcotics Team. We know it’s near the end of the summer, but we are getting lots of questions.

Golf carts are only permitted in the City of Hart, Village of Shelby, and the Village of Pentwater. Michigan law only allows golf carts to operate on roadways with a speed limit of 35MPH or less 🟢AND🟢 with a specific ordinance to allow them.
