Completing your FAFSA is now a graduation requirement for Seniors!

Did you know that any student or parent can request to participate in 2027-28 FAFSA® beta testing through September at StudentAid.gov/joinBeta

Participating in beta testing gives students an opportunity to complete their official 2027-28 form early while helping ensure a smooth rollout to the broader public.

We need your help spreading the word to students, families, and college access professionals in your network. Please share the link with your communities and feel free to use the language below in your upcoming newsletters, email blasts, listservs, or social channels.

The U.S. Department of Education is looking for students to help test the brand-new 2027-28 FAFSA form before it’s released to the public by October 1.

Participating in beta testing means students can:

Fill out their 2027-28 FAFSA early
Get a head start on the financial aid process
Be part of shaping the future of how students apply for aid
Submitting early doesn’t give you an advantage over other students, but it does give you a jumpstart on the process.

Hartford Public Schools is proud to announce Noah Mort as the Interim Athletic Director, pending Board approval.

Noah has been with the district for 2 years, serving as our HS Media Center Monitor and Varsity Football Head Coach. He has achieved his Bachelor’s Degree from WMU in Sports Management and is currently pursuing a Master’s from WMU in Educational and Athletic Leadership. Prior to Hartford, Noah served as the Student Assistant Coach for WMU Football for 2 years. Noah has shown his dedication to Hartford Athletics by being actively involved in Athletic Director meetings and conferences for nearly 2 years.
