The Hartford Police Department is investigating an incident involving the subjects in the photos below. At approximately 8:44 pm on July 28th, these individuals entered the Dollar General Store located on South Main Street. The individuals gathered items from store, took the items to the register where they then handed the cashier counterfeit money. Before the cashier could validate the counterfeit bills, the individuals unlawfully walked out the door with the items collected. We are asking for the community's help in identifying the individuals.

***Update*** With the communities help, the male subject involved in yesterday's alleged assault at 1109 South Main Street has been identified and will be contacted shortly as the investigation continues. The Hartford Police Department would like to thank everyone who reached out and shared the post.
