CT-TF1 Training day September 26, 2025. Training today consisted of joint training with Ct Rail, Ct Transit and Transit America with transportation safety and orientation of trains and busses. After safety breakouts team members used various techniques to lift a train car to simulate a civilian pinned underneath. Night operations consisted of concrete breaking and breaching with metal cutting in the pile thrown in. In the morning crews were tasked with lifting a 3600 pound concrete slab with only hand tools. This was a very educational event with thanks to all involved and especially the members who took the time to stay overnight and bunk out in the big tent.
