The Metropolitan District (MDC) invites high school students (juniors and seniors) to participate in a unique hands-on experience during spring break.

The Hartford Department of Health and Human Services, in partnership with Southwestern AHEC, is offering a free training focused on housing as a social determinant of health, designed for community staff dedicated to improving community well-being.

🕘 Flexible Scheduling

Morning Session: 9 AM – 1 PM
Afternoon Session: 12 PM – 4 PM
Training is conducted in person at participating agencies.

The community had its say! 🎤✨ On March 6, HCTC hosted a key session on selecting the next police chief 👮‍♂️, organized by the North Hartford Public Safety Coalition. This space allowed residents and community leaders 🏘️ to voice their ideas 💡, concerns ⚖️, and expectations about the future of public safety in our city.
