Democrat State Rep. Nick Menapace recently unleashed a tirade against a Republican State Rep. Greg Howard making outrageous, unsubstantiated and fabricated claims against him and his law enforcement brethren. State Sen. Martha Marx has remained silent in the wake of Menapace’s outburst, choosing to remain in lockstep with her comrade, rather than defend our law enforcement officers. Marx’s silence is tantamount to approval of her legislative ally’s actions. It’s time for Martha to go

🚨CT Senate Democrats just voted to put violent criminals back on your streets.

Murderers. Rapists. People convicted of the most heinous acts imaginable, including those who’ve committed violent crimes against seniors and children. These convicted criminals could be eligible for early release, decades before they’ve done their time.

These are real crimes against real people. Connecticut Democrats decided that victims and their families matter less than the people who destroyed their lives.

CT Senate Republicans stand with victims, their families, and every community that deserves to feel safe. Anyone who commits these crimes knows exactly what they’re doing, and they should serve every single day of their sentence.
