Our LCS Blood Drive is happening TODAY from 2:00–7:00 PM in the Upper Gym, and we still have room for more donors!

Walk-ins are absolutely welcome, so if you’ve been thinking about donating, this is your sign. One donation can make an incredible impact for someone in need, and it’s one of the simplest ways we can come together as a community to help others.

Grab a friend, stop by after work, after practice, or between activities, and help us fill the gym with support for those who need it most.

Let’s hear it for our incredible students who have gone above and beyond this year! We are so proud to celebrate our academic superstars who have achieved All A’s throughout the first three quarters of the school year. 📚✏️

But excellence doesn't just happen—it takes showing up every single day ready to learn. A special shout-out to these same students for maintaining outstanding attendance, with fewer than 10 days absent or tardy all year!

Your dedication, hard work, and commitment to excellence are truly inspiring. You are setting the bar high, and your success is so well-deserved.

🍎 Feeling the Lake Country Love! 🍏

We are still floating on air after an incredible Teacher Appreciation Week! A massive thank you to the Lake Country School PTO and all of our wonderful families for making us feel so celebrated and supported.

From the delicious meals to the daily Snack Cart (a true highlight of our week!), and the thoughtful gifts—we are truly spoiled. We know how much coordination and heart goes into a week like this, and we don't take it for granted.

We say it often, but this week really proved it: we have the most amazing parents and families in the district. Thank you for partnering with us and for making LCS such a special place to teach! 🐾📚

Our PTO is hosting a Blood Drive, and we’re looking for volunteers who are willing to be just a little bit drained for a good cause. Whether you’re a Type O "Universal Donor" or just Type O "Only here for the Nutter Butters," we want YOU!

Check this out! First graders in Mrs. Gonzalez’s art class created castles inspired by the style of Disney artist Mary Blair. Mary created concept art for three of Disney’s most beloved animated films—Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, and Peter Pan. She also designed It's a Small World.

Why not a fuchsia sea or an emerald world? Wouldn’t a turquoise moon be divine? Mary thought so—and our imaginations soared. This is the stuff the best dreams are made of.
