LCOC Harts Senior Center Welcome to Harts Senior Center! We offer many activities and services for older adults aged 60 and better in and around Harts, West Virginia.

Lincoln County Opportunity Company, Inc. operates six community-based senior centers throughout Lincoln and Wayne County, West Virginia. The senior centers, operated by and for seniors, provide a focal point in the community for information, services, and recreation. Our facilities are clean, spacious, and handicap-accessible. Lincoln County senior centers are open weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

and Wayne County senior centers are open from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm (senior activities from 9:00 am to 2:00pm). Lunch is served at noon at all locations. Each senior center has a multipurpose area and fully-equipped kitchen. Some centers are available to rent for meetings, receptions, parties, etc.
