In a new development after the third annual Morgan County Choice Awards contest, the winners will each receive a certificate that will include an image of the chosen photos. Each certificate is signed by Commission Chairman Ray Long and will be distributed through the Morgan County Parks and Recreation Department. Director Sean Dailey and his staff will be contacting coaches and league presidents to ensure the certificates are delivered. The images also will be published in the March issue of The Voice of Morgan County newsletter that is sent to 48,000 households across the county.
