🎉 What a Year to Celebrate! 🎉
As we wrapped up another incredible year at Carolina Elementary, we took time to celebrate the accomplishments, milestones, and special people who make our school so great.

We would like to extend our best wishes to Mrs. Byrd, Mrs. White, Mrs. Lesley, Mrs. Tucker, Mrs. Grantham, and Mr. Barnett as they begin new adventures. Thank you for the impact you have made on our students and school community. You will always be a part of the CES family!

We also want to wish a happy retirement to Mrs. Pletcher and Mr. Frank. Your years of dedication, service, and commitment to our students have left a lasting legacy at Carolina Elementary. Enjoy this well-deserved next chapter. Mr. Frank will return as a working retiree!

🎓 Mrs. Ewing and Mrs. Besch for earning their National Board Certification, a significant professional achievement that reflects their dedication to excellence in education.

We are incredibly proud of these accomplishments and the commitment our staff members show to lifelong learning and professional growth. Their hard work directly impacts the success of our students and strengthens our school community.

💙Once a Dragon, Always a Dragon!

After our 5th graders took their final walk through the halls of Carolina Elementary, we cleared the hallways for two very special members of our Dragon family.

Mrs. Pletcher and Mr. Frank recently took one final walk through CES as they begin their well-deserved retirement after many years of dedicated service. Their impact on our school is immeasurable. Through their hard work, kindness, and commitment to students, they have helped shape the lives of countless children and contributed to the special culture that makes CES such a wonderful place.

Students and staff lined the hallways to cheer them on, and their families joined us for a surprise celebration to honor this milestone. It was a special moment filled with smiles, memories, and gratitude.

While we wish Mrs. Pletcher all the best in retirement, we are excited that Mr. Frank will continue to be a part of the CES family as a working retiree!

Thank you both for your years of service, dedication, and the lasting impact you have made on Carolina Elementary. We are grateful for all you have done and wish you happiness in this next chapter.

💙 This Rotary year alone, we've given more than $18,000 back to our local community! Today, we honored several of our local beneficiaries with a check presentation at our club meeting.

These are just a few of the organizations & causes our club has supported this year! Others include a Christmas party for foster children, shoes for local children, book & dictionary donations to local students, & more!

The last day of school, our hallways were filled with cheers, smiles, and a few happy tears as we celebrated our 5th Grade Walk!

Our students took one final walk through Carolina Elementary as elementary school students while younger Dragons lined the halls to cheer them on. It was a special moment to celebrate how far they have come and all they have accomplished during their time at CES.

We are incredibly proud of this group of students and the leaders they have become. As they prepare to begin their middle school journey, we know they will continue to work hard, dream big, and make us proud.

Once a Dragon, always a Dragon! ❤️ Congratulations, 5th graders—we can't wait to see all the amazing things you accomplish next!
