Today, the State Auditor’s report for Wright County was released, and I know many of our citizens have questions and concerns.
I want to assure you that the Wright County Collector of Revenue’s Office received no findings and a clean audit report.
While no office is ever perfect and there is always room to learn and improve, I take great pride in serving the citizens of Wright County with honesty, accountability, and integrity. My staff and I work hard every day to ensure your tax dollars are handled responsibly and that our office follows the laws and procedures we are entrusted to uphold.
I understand the concerns many of you may have after reading the county’s audit. Those concerns are valid, and I appreciate the importance of transparency and accountability in public service.
