Stark Parks is applying for Land and Water Conservation Funds through the Ohio Department of Natural Resources to renovate the Quail Hollow Carriage House to create a barrier-free facility. The proposed renovation will include a new indoor public gathering space and ADA-accessible public restrooms available inside the building and for external park use. Stark Parks is working with the State Historic Preservation Office to coordinate any design and construction plans with the historic property.

Public comments are being accepted regarding the Quail Hollow Carriage House Renovations until November 8th. The comment form is available online at starkparks.com/QHCarriageHousefeedback

Get ready for a journey through time at the Manor House! Enjoy learning of the tales of the Stewarts, spanning three generations, as you tour the rooms of the 100 year-old home. Last tour for this month is set for Sunday, August 25th. Doors open at 1:45pm with the tour at 2pm sharp. A fee of $5 per person or a $20 family-friendly price begins your afternoon adventure. Kids under five tour free. Become a 2024 QHVA member for $15 and $5 is waived! No reservation required, just follow the walkway to the Visitors Center to the Manor House. We’re excited to welcome you!
Last tours for 2024 are September 8th and 22nd.
