Please keep Brian and his family in your prayers.

Please keep Brian and his family in your prayers.

Please take a moment to support one of our own.

Brian Atkinson, a dedicated paramedic with Jackson County EMS, is facing every parent’s worst nightmare. Following a devastating car accident, Brian tragically lost his daughter, while his two other children remain hospitalized recovering from their injuries.

As first responders, we spend our lives answering calls for help and taking care of others. Now it’s our turn to stand behind a brother who has always been there for his community.

The Jackson County Paramedic Relief Fund (a non-profit 501c run by our paramedics) has organized a 4 day fundraiser giveaway to help support Brian and his family during this unimaginable time. For just $25 a ticket, you’ll have the chance to win some incredible donated prizes from local businesses, with 100% of proceeds going directly to the Atkinson family.

Prizes include:
• Mossberg 500 Persuader package
• Recliner + barbershop package
• Blackstone griddle + golf package
• $400 Boots Etc. gift card + YETI cooler

This community has always shown up when it matters most. Let’s do it again for Brian and his family.

Please consider donating, purchasing a ticket, and sharing this post to help spread the word. Every share, prayer, and donation means more than you know.

What a blessing it was to have so many people come together and lift John Moore up in prayers. John Ashley Moore, you are not fighting this battle alone. You are loved beyond measure and everyone will continue to pray for you and your family. 🧡

02/16/2026

We are coming together as a community to support the Moore family during this incredibly difficult time. The proceeds from our upcoming Bingo Night will go directly to help them as they navigate the road ahead.

John Moore was recently diagnosed with leukemia. John is a true hero in our community, serving as an EMT and volunteer firefighter. He has dedicated his life to helping others and is loved by so many throughout our community. His wife, Lisa, is one of our very own Pilot sisters, and we want to surround them with love and support as they walk through this journey.

In addition to Bingo proceeds, we will also be accepting donations for the family. Donations may be made via venmo, paypal, (please note it in “what for” line) cash or check, and gift cards are also greatly appreciated.

The Pilot Club of Hartwell, along with the Moore family, sincerely appreciates your continued love, support, and prayers during this time.
