Through a partnership between Outsiders Farm & Sanctuary, Walt's World, and the Jason Heigl Foundation, we have secured funding for:

🐶 10 FREE dog spay/neuter surgeries
🐱 60 FREE cat spay/neuter surgeries

📍 Royston Animal Hospital

Spaying and neutering helps prevent unwanted litters, improves pet health, and keeps more animals out of overcrowded shelters. If cost has been a barrier, this program may be able to help.

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must own a dog or cat (not for TNR/community cats or strays)
• Must live in Hart, Franklin, Elbert, or Stephens County
• Must provide proof of residency
• Must meet low-income eligibility requirements
• Must provide documentation showing participation in a qualifying assistance program
