Some of our Hart County E-911 Communications Officers, along with Communications Officers from Stephens County E-911, Elbert County E-911, EMS Supervisor, and Jail Clerk from the Hart County Jail attended 16 hours of GPSTC Crisis Response Training earlier this week. Some of the topics were behavioral health indicators, crisis definitions, state and federal laws, and verbal de-escalation techniques. We thank all of you for attending and your continued dedication in serving others. Thank you to the City of Hartwell Fire Department for allowing us to use their training facilities.
