- Stay on topic. This page is dedicated to educating students in the Madison County School System and this school. Comments are welcome as long as they directly relate to a topic.

- Have a question for a specific employee? Contact them privately. Fans should not expect responses to every question or comment on this page.

- Be aware of the mission. The mission of Madison County School System and this school is education. Please ensure your comments are appropriate for an educational environment and fans of all ages.

Here’s a fun Friday Flashback from one of our last classroom activities of the year!

Last Friday, students in Mr. Johnson’s Biology classes had the opportunity to participate in hands-on dissections. Honors Biology students dissected sharks, while Biology students dissected squid and identified the different structures and parts of each organism.

Experiences like these bring science to life and give students the chance to explore learning in an engaging, real-world way. Great job to our young scientists! ❤️🦈🦑🖤

Today we had the privilege of celebrating two very special members of the Sparkman 9 family, as they prepare for retirement!

Ms. Ayers, one of our dedicated custodians, and Mrs. White, one of our incredible CNP workers, have both made a lasting impact on our school through their hard work, kindness, and care for students and staff over the years. Their presence has helped make Sparkman 9 feel like home, and they will truly be missed.

During today’s luncheon celebration, they were presented with beautiful portraits as a special gift to honor them and the legacy they leave behind.

Thank you both for your years of service, dedication, and love poured into Sparkman 9. We wish you nothing but joy, relaxation, and many blessings in this next chapter! ❤️🖤🤍

As a dedicated member of our Exceptional Education Department and an incredible Student Support Aide, Mrs. Ottum goes above and beyond each day to support our students and staff. Her patience, compassion, positivity, and unwavering commitment make a lasting impact on everyone around her.

Mrs. Ottum helps students feel supported, valued, and encouraged to succeed, and we are so grateful for the heart she pours into Sparkman 9 every day. Thank you for all you do!
