Parking at City Hall has become a concern due to parents and visitors using City Hall parking spaces while attending nearby school activities. This has resulted in limited access for our citizens, particularly those who are elderly or require handicapped parking.

We have observed multiple instances of vehicles parked in designated handicapped spaces without proper authorization, leaving those who rely on these spaces without accommodations.

To address this issue, the City has installed signage clearly designating parking for City Hall customers, handicapped individuals, and employees. We respectfully ask that all visitors observe and comply with these posted parking restrictions.

The Haskell Police Department will be notified of any violations and will enforce Arkansas Code § 27-51-1305 (a) and (b) regarding improper use of designated parking spaces.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping ensure accessible parking for all City Hall visitors.
