Thanks to Barry County United Way!
They have paid for the lot at 203 E Michigan St. for us to build house #47 on. Yay! We need to get a variance to reduce the setbacks still, because it is a 66 x 66 foot lot. We will go before the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Planning Commission in July.
We also need an architect to make a few changes to our building plans now- Any recommendations?

Thanks to everyone who came out to Venue 1230 tonight! Our team pulled together a great event and we are super thankful for the outpouring of donations to our Silent Auction and all our sponsors. The food was great & the Venue staff was fabulous to work with. We appreciate all the people who spent their evening with us!! Thank you. We’re gearing up for House #46!

Thanks to TK Schools for sending a group out to help with our landscaping and fence installation! Also BIG Thanks to Barry Mitchell Construction and Legacy Cattle Farms for doing the heavy lifting- by digging holes and hauling in the top soil!

Sue has volunteered with us for the last year so when we were looking for office help we knew she would be a great fit!

The office can now go from ‘by appointment only’ to walk-ins are welcome on Wednesdays from 12-3, and Fridays from 10-1. Other appointments are available as well! Drop a message below or give us a call (269)948-9939.
