For anyone missing our regular workouts, we will be adding notes to the page with some tips on things you can do at home to stay active. The first note is up, we are starting with some easy stretches you can do quickly without much space. Stay safe and healthy, we hope to see everyone soon.

We have been informed Upper Moreland Parks and Recreation activities have been cancelled for Spring 2020. This includes our program. You should receive further information from Upper Moreland Township. Please stay safe and healthy. We hope to see everyone again soon.

In light of the current health concerns and school closures, the Parks and Recreation evening activities have been cancelled until April 13th.
