..RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM EDT TO 8 PM EDT SATURDAY FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY FOR SOUTHWEST GEORGIA, SOUTHEAST ALABAMA, THE EASTERN FLORIDA PANHANDLE, AND THE INLAND BIG BEND...

* WIND...Northeast winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts 25 to 30 mph.

* HUMIDITY...As low as 18 percent in the afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is strongly discouraged!

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior.

Gadsden County. It's too dangerous to burn right now. Thank you for your help with keeping the community safe by not burning! This includes bonfires, trash pits, yard debris, etc., anything outdoors.
