High School families, if you missed in person enrollment, please login into the PowerSchool parent portal and enroll your student(s) as soon as you can. We have many families that have not enrolled yet and our office will be making calls soon. All returning students must be enrolled each year. The high school office is open if you have any questions. Dr. Dustin Hague, DC will be at Haven High School on July 22nd (1st day of enrollment) from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm to provide sports physicals for our middle and high school students. Cost per physical will be $20.00 and a parent/guardian signed 2024 KSHSAA physical form is required. A copy of this form will be attached to this post. Reminder that a sports physical is required to participate in all athletic activities at the middle or high school level. This is a great opportunity for any student who still needs a physical for this coming year!

USD 312-Haven Schools’ Student Enrollment is now open for the 24-25 school year!

If your student was enrolled in USD 312 for the 2023-2024 school year, you will use the PowerSchool Parent Portal to access Registration Forms. If you do not already have a parent/guardian PowerSchool account, you will need to set-up an account as a first step.

This process is required for EVERY student attending Haven Schools. This enables your child’s school to maintain emergency contact information and secure a variety of required permissions.

Note: Guardians of new students to USD 312 will need to attend in person enrollment at:

Kdg-12th: Haven High School on July 22, 8:30-4:30 or July 23, 10:30-6:30.
PreK: Little Learners at Yoder on July 22, 8:30-4:30 or July 23, 10:30-6:30.

**All Pre-K students must have a Child Health Assessment, Birth Certificate, and updated immunization records on file prior to attending.
**Virtual students: You will fill out the same enrollment form. Please mark “Yes” to “Returning Virtual Student” on the enrollment form.

Step 1: Navigate to the Parent Portal login page: https://havenschools.powerschool.com/public/home.html

Step 2: Enter the Username and Password you created (or already have) and “Sign-In” (you should only have one account for all your children). If you do not have a parent access PowerSchool account, please see FAQs.

Step 3: Find “Forms” on the left navigation, which are tied to your student’s records. Complete the information requested from within each tab and save/submit.

Q: How do I create a parent access PowerSchool account?
A: Visit website: https://havenschools.powerschool.com/public/home.html
Click on the “Create Account”
Fill in the information requested for a desired username and password, and maintain this information for future log-in’s
Enter your student’s full name, access ID, and Password (Please email Brad Russell at [email protected] for this information)

Q: How do I add a child to an existing account?
A: If you have an account, but need to add a child, you will need their access ID and access password, which can be provided by Brad Russell at brussell@havenschools or from your child’s school after July 25 .

Q: What if I am having technical difficulties and/or require in-person support?
A: You can come to in person enrollment on July 22, 8:30-4:30 or July 23, 2024 10:30-6:30. In person enrollment will be at Haven High School or Little Learners at Yoder
