This morning, our officers once again had the honor to participate in the Massachusetts Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Cruiser Convoy! They joined up with our fellow officers from throughout Northeast Massachusetts and then met up at Harvard University with officers from throughout the Commonwealth in support of Special Olympics Athletes at their Summer Games. They also had the honor of meeting several of the athletes and present them with their medals. A fantastic event that the officers of our Department are grateful to participate in year in and out.

TRAFFIC ADVISORY

Good morning. The Haverhill High School Graduation Ceremony will be held this evening (6/5) at Trinity Stadium (155 Lincoln Ave) with the procession starting at 5:45 and the ceremony beginning at 6pm. As in past years, we expect a large amount of motor vehicle and pedestrian traffic on the roadways around the stadium before, during, and after the ceremony. If you are not attending the ceremony, we strongly recommend that you avoid the area by seeking alternative routes of travel.

There are a few new additions to the parking setup this year:
- - All parking lots at Riverside Park/Stadium will be closed at 2pm
- - They will reopen at about 4:30pm for Graduation Parking
- - There will be three shuttle buses in operation from the Public Storage in River's Edge Plaza to the stadium entrance.
- - St. John's Church is allowing parking on their property for the event (thank you)
- - For Handicapped Parking, it will be available on Nettleton Ave

- - There is NO PARKING ALLOWED on Lincoln Ave during the ceremony, and please obey all additional No Parking signs in the neighborhoods around the stadium

Congratulations to all the graduates and their families of the Haverhill High School Class of 2026!!!
