City of Haverhill 2025 Water Quality Report Now Available

The City of Haverhill is pleased to announce that the 2025 Annual Water Quality Report (also known as the Consumer Confidence Report) is now available for all water customers. A copy has been mailed to all residents.

This report covers water quality data from January 1 through December 31, 2025, and provides detailed information on the source of Haverhill's drinking water, the substances tested for, detected levels compared to federal and state standards, and steps the City takes to ensure safe, clean water for residents and businesses.

How to Access the Electronic Report

The 2025 Water Quality Report is available in two formats to serve all members of our community:

· Standard Format — The full report is available on the water quality report page of the City's website, found here.

· Accessible Format — An accessible version is available at the same location for residents who use screen readers or other assistive technologies.

Residents who would like a printed copy mailed to them, or have questions, regarding the report may contact the water treatment plant directly at 978-374-2385.

The City of Haverhill is committed to transparency and to providing safe, reliable drinking water to our community. We encourage all residents to review this report and reach out with any questions.

City of Haverhill – Quick Clarification

We’ve received calls about watering at Bradford Common.

Under Chapter 250, most outdoor watering is prohibited, but there are limited exceptions, including watering of public parks and fields to protect new landscaping and keep areas safe for public use.

This watering is controlled and is temporary (3 to 4 weeks) to balance conservation efforts with the need to preserve public spaces.

We understand how important it is that everyone is doing their part, and we appreciate residents continuing to follow the water restrictions.

Thank you for helping conserve water. For more information about the exemptions, go to Article VI: Water Use Restriction - City of Haverhill, MA. https://ecode360.com/6262790 #31349793
