The SUCCESS Project is a self-sufficiency support program.

In accordance with the mission of Harford County’s only public housing authority to promote self-sufficiency to individuals and families, the Havre de Grace Housing Authority has launched a 501(c)3 affiliate, The SUCCESS Project, Inc. This holistic program is FREE, OPEN to the PUBLIC and involves case management and referral services in the following areas: education, job training, employment oppo

rtunities, health care, financial education, credit counseling, home ownership, career advancement, transportation, life skills and entrepreneurship. We are committed to helping all families to achieve a brighter, financially independent future by offering opportunities to assist them in setting their goals and achieving them by working through a plan of action.
