📢 Important Notice Regarding ACH Payments 📢
Beginning July 1, 2026, all ACH payments made through our online payment system will include a $1.50 convenience fee.
Please note: the City does NOT receive this $1.50 fee. This fee is being charged directly by the payment processing company, which has recently implemented this charge.
If you currently have automatic ACH payments set up and wish to cancel them, you will need to log into your online account and make those changes there. Customers can access their account by visiting http://hawesville.us/
As always, we still accept:
✔️ Cash payments at City Hall
✔️ Check payments at City Hall
✔️ Payments placed in the drop box located on the side of the building
