There are still spaces available for our trip to Newport, Rhode Island. If you have never been there it is a truly wonderful trip. Go see the church where Jackie and John F. Kennedy were married, see the mansions , go get some ice cream at Ben & Jerry's. Rent a buggy and take a trip down to Ocean Drive . Like shopping plenty of unique stores throughout town and the Brick Alley Marketplace . When you go on your cruise, see the house on tge rocks that survivedthe 1938 hurricane. . Have some fun, you won't regret it.

Wednesday Activities : August 12th
10 am - Tai Chi- $5.00 a class- If you have never taken a Tai Chi Class, please come and give it a try . According to one of the articles Mayo Clinic published regarding a report on Tai Chi it states, " that tai chi may offer numerous benefits beyond stress reduction, including:

Reducing anxiety and depression
Improving balance, flexibility and muscle strength
Reducing falls in older adults
Improving sleep quality
Lowering blood pressure
Improving cardiovascular fitness in older adults
Relieving chronic pain
Increasing energy, endurance and agility
Improving overall feelings of well-being "
