A reminder that there are two events coming up to honor the late and definitely great Florence Poris. On Friday, June 5th, Haworth School, where she was librarian for so many years, will be dedicating their multi-lingual library section to Florence -- that's at 4 PM. And then on June 6th, there will be a celebration of Florence's life here at the Haworth Library, where she was a trustee for so many years. That's at 2:30. All are welcome!

We've lost several longtime Haworth Library patrons lately....most recently, Dexter Bennett, Marlise Konort, and Diane Biesel. A memorial service for Diane will be held this coming Saturday, May 16, at St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Haworth.
