This August meeting we had the honor of hosting Ed Lopez aka eltaxguy

Ed is a dedicated professional, philanthropist, and advocate to his community. He proudly serves his Lawndale and South Bay community by providing great resources through his non profit. Ed also focuses on uniting community through his service in southbaysocialnetwork and Lawndale Rotary club

Official at last! We are happy to introduce two of our newest Rotary members. So glad to finally make it official for both of you after all this time.

Both of you have been part of our family for so long already. You both already bring so much energy to our events, and we are lucky to have you officially on board.

Fireworks are here! As 4th of July quickly approaches, remember to buy your fireworks from us. All proceeds will go to funding scholarship, grants, and future community projects! 🎉🎇✨

We would like to recognize Tom and Leandro for being part of the planning committee and helping make this event happen every year. Through this event the community is able to honor veterans that have served our country and are no longer with us

Today, the Rotary clubs of District 5280 were able to partner with the Inglewood Cemetery to honor our brave Soldiers that have served our country and are no longer with us. Members of the community got together to place flags on veterans graves to commemorate them

On March 24, hosted our Annual Salute to Education Lunch at the Proud Bird restaurant. We gathered with teacher awardees, principles and superintendents. 16 mini-grants were awarded to 16 very dedicated inspiring teachers.

This past Monday at the Hawthorne/LAX/Lennox Rotary meeting HLL Rotary had the honor of hosting two essential members of the El Camino College community; El Camino College President, Dr. Brenda Thames and Executive Directer of Marketing & Communications, Ann O’Brian

O’Brian shared with the club, how El Camino College is a leading institution, inspiring and supporting driven, striving, and talented individuals. O’Brian also stated, El Camino College is constantly creating opportunities to share and provide to the El Camino community

Shortly after HLL Rotary presented a check to establish an endowment which will begin funding scholarships in 2027

In spirit of service, we are collecting supplies to put together back packs and sensory bags for kiddos in our community. Bring your supplies to our event as we will have designated boxes for collection
