This photo is from Lab yesterday. Our class made two cakes
Center stage is:

Honey Lemon Layer Cake with Raspberries
The cake is lemon and honey with
Lemon honey syrup basted onto each layer.
Atop the syrup layer, is Raspberry Preserves that we made with fresh Raspberries in Lab
Buttercream frosting is added to each layer.
The cake was garnished with fresh Raspberries and Raspberry
Preserves
The cake was beautiful AND delicious.

To the left is a square Angel Food Cake
It was served with sweetened, sliced strawberries and whipped cream and extra strawberries for garnishing.

We had a tour yesterday and served the prospective student and family the dessert we prepared.

It was a VERY good day.
