White clover used to be a normal part of American lawns. It fed bees, naturally added nitrogen to the soil, and stayed green when the grass around it turned brown. Then came the 1950s, and broadleaf herbicides changed everything—clover became a w**d to kill, not a plant to keep.

But the clover never stopped working. It still feeds pollinators, improves soil, and needs less water. A patch of clover is a small act of resilience in a yard shaped by chemicals and control.

Sometimes the greenest lawn is the one that lets a little wildness in. 🌱🐝
