Hays Accessible Recreation Complex

Hays Accessible Recreation Complex The Hays Accessible Recreation Complex, located at 3300 Hillcrest Drive in Hays, KS, features an all-accessible playground and splash pad.

The Arc of Central Plains, 600 Main St., funded the project through donations. The park belongs to the City of Hays. Playground hours: sun up to sun down
Splash Pad hours: 10 a.m.-8 pm., from May through September

Fundraising is ongoing to continue adding to the park. Learn more at www.haysarcpark.org.

🚧 Playground Closure Notice 🚧 The ARC Park playground will be temporarily closed from Monday to Friday, April 20-24 so our crews can perform routine maintenance on the safety surface!

We will be resealing the rubber fall zone to prevent flaking and extend its lifespan. The work takes about one day, and it needs time to dry and cure.

Please help us out by respecting the barricades and staying off the playground until it officially reopens on Saturday.

We appreciate your patience as we keep ARC Park safe and beautiful for everyone! 🌳☀️
