June 1 is the deadline to register for Clover Classic contests! Don’t miss your chance to compete, learn, and have fun this summer!

Contest opportunities include:
-Livestock Judging
-Livestock Skillathon
-Horse Judging
-Hippology
-Horse Quiz Bowl
-Poultry Judging
-Meats Judging

Looking for fun, hands-on learning opportunities? Become part of 4-H! Youth can participate in a variety of programs including STEM activities, livestock projects, shooting sports, horse programs, leadership opportunities, cooking, arts, and so much more!

4-H helps youth build confidence, leadership, responsibility, and lifelong skills while making new friends and having fun along the way.

Be sure to sign up by May 31 to participate in summer programs and events! If you have questions or would like to get involved, contact the office, we would love to help you become part of 4-H!

Reminder for all 4-H families! Animal entries in 4-H Online

Classroom programming for the school year is officially complete!
This year, we had the opportunity to visit 16 grades in Castlewood, Hamlin Education Center, and Estelline multiple times and teach 465 youth through hands-on learning experiences. Students explored exciting STEM activities including Ozobots, Squishy Circuits, Chicks in the Classroom, and Adopt a Cow Beef & Dairy lessons.
We love having the opportunity to educate and connect with youth across Hamlin County and help students learn through fun, interactive experiences. Thank you to the teachers, schools, and students who made this year so successful!
Now we are excited and ready for all of the upcoming summer programs and activities ahead!
